2023 CHARTERED FISHING TRIP

We leave Lakefront Marina at daylight (approx. 6 a.m.)
We will draw 2 winners on August 20, 2023. Two children who have signed up and participated in our fishing lessons, with one parent eac'h, will have the opportunity to spend the day on Lake Erie abouard Playing Hooky Charters fishing for perch. Winners are responsbile for transportation to the lake, licensing as required by ODNR/DOW, food and beverages. Winners notifed by phone.

Set-up and Sign-In starts at 8:30 a.m.
Derby starts at 9:00 a.m. til 1 p.m.
(A parent/legal guardian must sign the sign-in form and be present to participate)
Ages 3- 17
Rules:
- Bring your pole and own bait
- No single treble hooks
- No live minnows
- Smallest hook allowed #8 Panfish hook
- All fish will be weighed and measured (ties for trophy will be settled by coin toss)
Extra poles will be available if your
pole should break
Parents/legal guardian may help their child fish

2023 Filmed Bow Hunt
- Must have a deer license
- Open to ages 8 - 17
- Hunt will be in Perry County, OH
- Hunts will be on a Saturday and Sunday

Open to all Ohio youth who would like to learn or have experience.

We will pick 8 kids and take one at a time w/legal guardian to accompany in Perry County for a one day bow hunt.
Meet the morning of the hunt, or reserve a room at your expense at the Relax Inn in New Lexington, OH or Burr Oaks State Park Campgrounds and Lodge in Glouster, OH.
Drawings will be held in September and hunts will start in October during bow season.
100% FREE Range Deer (no timed feeders)
Each hunter selected will receive a date/time and directions where to meet
Bow Hunting Rules:
Schedule is not flexible
Must have hunting license & tags
A signed release form will be made available prior to hunt and is required
Guardians cannot hunt but can be in the blind
Pack quiet lunch, drink and snacks
